The Environmental Executives would like to introduce “Nude Food Tuesdays” every week at school, starting in Term 3, for the whole school. In an effort to reduce the amount of single-use plastic in our environment, the students in the Environmental group, ask that families support this initiative by avoiding the use of single-use plastic (including plastic packaging) when packing recess and lunch for children on Tuesdays. If possible, it would be wonderful if children could be involved in packing their own lunch boxes so that they are able to be a part of the experience. Please support the students in their mission to combat single-use plastic waste in our community.
